Use of Complete Education Australia Materials
The information, artwork, text, video, audio, or pictures (collectively, “Materials”) contained within the CEA Curriculum and/ or Works are protected by copyright laws. You may only access and use the Materials for personal purposes. You may not modify or use the Materials for any other purpose without the express written consent of Complete Education Australia (CEA). You may not reproduce, republish, post, transmit or distribute any Materials created or distributed by CEA.
You may print CEA Materials for personal purposes only, and you must include any copyright notice originally included with the Materials in all copies.
The Materials included on the CEA website are subject to change without notice.
Commercial clients wishing to identify and whom have purchased commercial works with CEA must specify they are “utilising the Complete Education Australia program” rather than implying that they are subsidiaries or franchises.
Guarantee for registration
The CEA Guarantee is limited to meeting all Education Requirements as part of homeschooling registration. Factors outside of educational requirements are not covered under the guarantee as this does not fall under the control of CEA. If the department requires additional education material, simply contact us and we will help arrange this. If registration has been refused on the basis of not meeting educational standards, simply provide confirmation and we will refund the purchase price (This has not occurred in over 1,000 assessments).
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall CEA be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of, or reliance on, the Information, or from the use of the Internet generally. For purposes of this section, “CEA” shall include Complete Education Australia and its divisions, subsidiaries, successors, parent companies, and their employees, partners, principals, agents and representatives, and any third-party providers or sources of information or data.

Complete Education Australia (CEA) claims no responsibility or representation regarding the quality, content, nature, or reliability of third-party websites and/ or subscriptions linked to the CEA Curriculum and/ or Works. These parties are not under the control of CEA and CEA is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any changes made to such sites. CEA provides these subscriptions as an add on convenience, and the inclusion of any subscription does not mean that we are affiliated with, endorse, or adopt all information contained therein.
CEA understands that Internet users are concerned about their privacy. Whether you are a regular customer or a first-time visitor to our Website, we assure you that we do not collect personal information from you unless you provide it to us. With any purchase you will be asked to provide certain personal information. Please understand, however, that we are asking for this information for the limited purposes of establishing your account and processing your orders. We do not provide or sell information about our customers or site visitors to vendors that are not associated with our services or with a delivery of our products. We do not collect any personal information from a visitor to our site unless that visitor explicitly and intentionally provides it. Waiver and Severability of Terms
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of the listed rights or provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, you nevertheless agree that the court should try to give effect to our intentions as reflected in the provision, and that the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
